Arabinogalactan can be used as thickener, stabilizer, emulsifier, compatibilizer, glazing agent and binder. Used for emulsifying essence; the base of seasoning, sauce and pudding, etc. Substitute for gum arabic. Also used in noodles, bread and sausages.

Description About Arabinogalactan
Arabinogalactan is a polysaccharide extracted from larch, which can ferment dietary fiber and reduce the synthesis and absorption of ammonia; after intestinal fermentation, arabinogalactan will produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFA). SCFA is the main source of colonic mucosal epithelial cells; it can also reduce the growth and reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestinal tract, increase the number of beneficial bacteria, and balance the intestinal microbial flora.
In the food industry, arabinogalactan is used as a food additive. It was approved for use in the United States in the 1970s. Arabinogalactan can be used to extract, concentrate and purify biologically active substances such as proteins in a two-phase aqueous phase, that is, to separate different substances in a solution.
